Bio—
Andrew Stark was raised on the Ojibwa Indian Reservation (pop. 1,200) in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Following high school, his portfolio earned him the Merit Scholarship to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After completing his MFA from Oregon’s Pacific University, he moved to L.A. and was hired as Deputy Editor at Flaunt, the international award-winning arts and culture publication. He then worked as a freelance travel writer for about 10 years.
Presently, he lives in downtown Saint Paul with his dogs Gizmo and Barney, and works as a Senior Editor.
